Condition: One rather significant chip on the edge of the lid, measuring approximately 3/16" long; a few small areas of light crazing, and light loss to the gold, particularly on the finial--luckily, though, the scalloped seashell finial and the mottled application of the gold is quite forgiving to any appearance of gold loss!
